WHAT IS FRINGE FORGED?
Fringe Forged is a 3-day-per-week strength program built around the fundamentals:
- Push
- Pull
- Hinge
Each session is ~30 minutes, intentionally programmed, and designed to complement (not compete with) your regular CrossFit training.
Fringe Forged can be completed after class or in place of class on select days, depending on your training goals and schedule.
Programming runs in structured 8-week blocks with clear progression and purpose.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
